Introduction
IL-12 is a heterodimeric cytokine that stimulates the production of interferon gamma from T-cells and natural killer cells, and also induces differentiation of Th1 helper cells. It is an initiator of cell-mediated immunity.

Applications: Direct ELISA, Western Blot, Immuneprecipitation. By direct ELISA, 1:5,000 dilution will yield 0.5 O.D using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse Ig (Jackson Laborat).

Immunogen: r.Murine IL-12 p75.
Purification: Ion exchange.
Form of Antibody: 1ug/ml in PBS (after reconstitution).

Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at 4°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
